Riz frit à la viande de poulet et au curry

Ingredients

  • 900 g de riz parfumé cuit à l'eau
  • 125 g de poulet émincé
  • ciboule coupée en morceaux, ou des petits pois
  • 1 carotte
  • 1 oignon
  • 1 poivron vert coupé en lamelles
  • 15 ml (1 cuillèrée à soupe) de poudre de curry
  • sel et poivre

Preparation

  • Préparer le riz la veille.
  • Dans un wok chaud, faire revenir le curry dans l'huile, puis ajouter le poulet, les oignons, le poivron, la carotte et le riz égrainé. Saler et poivrer.
  • Remuer le tout et servir chaud.
